WEEKLY WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY (SATURDAY & SUNDAY OFF), 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM, 7 HOURS PER DAY, 35 TOTAL HOURS PER WEEK
All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned will be provided by the Employer at no cost to the Employee. Workers’ Compensation provided. The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on July 10, 2025 to July 09, 2028, the applicants must be residing in the island of Saipan/Tinian to perform the services or labor. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. On-the-job training is not necessary. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Summarize client expenses on a monthly basis by using spreadsheet and peach tree accounting system which generates general ledger and trial balance. Summarized daily collection report and prepare bank deposit slip. Calculate, prepare, and issue bills, invoices, statement of accounts to clients. Calculate and prepare checks for utilities, taxes, and other payments to suppliers and vendors. Calculate number of hours of manually and electronically generated time card, Compute deductions for withholding taxes and social security taxes. Prepare and process bi-week and monthly payroll checks. Complete and submit tax forms and returns such as Business Gross revenue tax, Hotel Tax, Employers Quarterly Withholding Tax and Income Tax, Workers Compensation insurance forms, car insurance. Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephone and handling routine correspondence. Submit and prepare Business License, CRM Permit and other licenses and permits required by the local and federal government agencies. Knowledge in Peach tree and Quick Books Accounting System and payroll. Knowledge in CNMI and Federal Tax Preparation, knowledge in USCIS processing, CNMI licenses. The other licenses and permits to be prepared and submitted such as Occupancy Permit and Fire Permit which is needed to operate business in the CNMI.
